Walker Contemporary Timber Frame - A Historic Opportunity
The Walker Home represents the last Architectural Commission performed by Icon, Bruce Walker, FAIA.
Noted for his history of involvement in the Inland NW, his work included Mid Century masterpieces.
These were followed by prominent Public Works Projects such as the Spokane Opera House to open with Expo '74.
While the Walker Contemporary Timber Frame was designed to conform to strict design covenants in a Rustic Western Community,
it could work quite well for an active family in any setting. Main Floor Living, supplemented by added
privacy suites on the Lower Level could make it very versatile.
This historic period design has never been built, make history and make it yours.
